Included in the website's quoted Sale Price on a property, is a 1% commission fee and the Developer's transfer fee, both to be paid by the Buyer. Commission fees are paid after completion of the sale.
	For Landlords leasing their property:
	Propmart.net charges Landlords a 5% commission fee on the rental value of the property rented. Commission fees are paid after completion of the rental.
