a commission of 0.5% of the original
list price of the property. Commission
fees are paid after completion of

Note: Propmart.net
charges Sellers a 1% commission
fee on the property's original
list price + premium, and Buyers
a 1% fee on the same. Included on
the website's quoted sale price
on the property is a 1% commission
fee and the Developer's transfer
fee, both which are paid by the
Buyer.
